Software and Applications Manager

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

• 7+ years of hands on Experience in Product Management
• Hands-on experience in full product development lifecycle
• Expertise in Application solutioning design and testing
• Strong Experience in Modern development practices such as Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and Product-Centric Development
• Hands on experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying, managing, and scaling applications, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch
• Experience in Salesforce platform, including experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce, focusing on implementation, configuration, and integration for CRM solutions, process automation (e.g., flows, workflows), and reporting.
• Knowledge of current product trends, best practices and technologies
• Project Management Professional certification (PMP), Certified IT Project Manager (CITPM), Certified Scrum Master or equivalent
• Experience in Government projects and vendor management
