Job Summary

Lead delivery and project management for public sector clients by managing stakeholder relationships, assessing resource performance, and ensuring successful outcomes aligned with customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage regular interactions with onsite Singapore public sector resources to maintain strong communication and collaboration
• Address customer escalations promptly and seek regular customer feedback to identify improvement areas
• Analyze customer feedback and implement actionable improvements to enhance service delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customer stakeholders through frequent meetings
• Assess performance of onsite resources and develop a delivery-focused performance overview
• Understand project deliverables, resource capabilities, and customer expectations to ensure successful delivery of outcomes
• Conduct regular reviews with customer stakeholders and onsite teams to evaluate performance and support contract renewals
