Dixie Road Pet Clinic is a privately owned, independent practice in Brampton. One of our partners is relocating, and we're looking for the right veterinarian to step into that seat as a genuine equity partner.

This is for a specific kind of vet. You want ownership ? real skin in the game, real say, real upside ? but not to remortgage your house and run a business alone from day one.

The deal, plainly:

• A 20% equity stake ? real shares held in your own professional corporation, with a genuine shareholder agreement. You don't need cash up front or a bank to buy in; we finance it, and we'll walk you through exactly how when we talk. Real ownership, not a bonus scheme dressed up as equity.

• The valuation is straightforward and applied the same way going in as coming out.

• You won't carry the back-office weight alone ? HR, payroll, systems, compliance are handled, so you practice medicine and help run your clinic, not drown in it.

Dixie is solid and established: nearly ten years under the same ownership, a loyal client base, and a growing wellness-plan membership. Brampton keeps growing around us.
