Waste Sorter Supervisor

- Set clear performance targets and monitor achievement against KPIs (recovery rates, contamination levels, throughput)
- Implement motivational strategies including recognition programs, incentive schemes, and performance feedback
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and development opportunities
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement
- Provide coaching and mentoring to develop team skills and career progression
- Experience in Waste Sorting
- Diploma or equivalent degree
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of material types including: Metals (ferrous and non-ferrous: aluminum, copper, steel)
- Plastics (PET, HDPE, LDPE, PP, and other polymers) Paper & Cardboard (grades, contamination risks)
- GlassTextiles (reusable vs. non-reusable), Electronics (e-waste components and hazards),
- Organic materials (composting potential), Minimum 2 years experience.
