This role is ideal for a product leader who enjoys solving technically complex enterprise problems, building intelligent automation systems, and shaping the future of privacy operations at scale.
As AI reshapes enterprise software, Securiti is investing heavily in agentic and AI-powered capabilities that automate privacy and governance operations. This role will help drive the next evolution of assessments and data mapping by embedding intelligent automation directly into the platform experience.
What You’ll Build
You will lead the evolution of Securiti’s assessments and data mapping platform capabilities, including:
Automated privacy impact assessments (PIAs)
Data protection impact assessments (DPIAs)
Vendor and third-party risk assessments
Automated data discovery and classification workflows
Enterprise data mapping and data lineage capabilities
Cross-system data inventory management
AI-driven data relationship identification
Workflow orchestration for privacy operations
Regulatory reporting and audit readiness
Integrations across enterprise SaaS, cloud, and data ecosystems
Your mission is to help enterprises eliminate manual privacy operations through scalable automation, intelligent workflows, and AI-powered governance capabilities.
What You’ll Do
Lead Product Strategy & Vision
Own the product vision and roadmap for Securiti’s assessments automation and data mapping automation solutions
Define strategic investments that strengthen Securiti’s position as a leader in intelligent privacy operations and data governance
Drive Enterprise Platform Innovation
Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable and extensible platform capabilities including assessment orchestration frameworks, workflow automation engines, metadata architectures, and enterprise integrations
Drive AI-Powered Privacy Automation
Enhance and evolve Securiti’s established privacy operations platform by developing next-generation agentic and AI-driven capabilities within assessments automation and data mapping
Identify opportunities where intelligent automation and AI agents can improve privacy assessment workflows, data inventory management, risk identification, and operational scalability
Partner closely with engineering and AI teams to design and deliver AI-assisted assessment generation, intelligent data mapping automation, autonomous workflow execution, and AI-driven risk remediation capabilities
Deliver Customer-Centric Solutions
Partner with customers, sales, privacy teams, and customer success organizations to understand evolving market needs and regulatory requirements
Translate customer pain points into scalable product capabilities that improve usability, compliance posture, and operational efficiency
Execute End-to-End Product Delivery
Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration
Drive prioritization, roadmap planning, cross-functional execution, and go-to-market alignment
Shape the Future of Privacy Intelligence
Help define how enterprises automate privacy assessments, understand their data ecosystems, and operationalize governance in an increasingly AI-driven regulatory landscape
What You’ll Bring
7–12+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS
Equal comfort discussing customer workflows, system architecture, enterprise data ecosystems, privacy regulations, and product strategy.
A passion for solving technically complex platform and data problems at scale
You think deeply about automation and operational scalability, enterprise SaaS platforms, data intelligence and governance, regulatory compliance, workflow orchestration, and AI-driven enterprise software
Experience managing complex platform, workflow, or data products
Strong experience owning product strategy and roadmap execution
Familiarity with privacy operations platforms, workflow automation systems, enterprise integrations, and cloud ecosystems
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, legal/privacy, and GTM teams
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to drive execution in fast-paced environments
Bonus Skills
Experience in privacy, data governance, cybersecurity, or compliance technologies
Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, and global privacy regulations
Experience with data mapping, metadata management, or lineage systems
Knowledge of privacy assessments and governance workflows
Experience building B2B platform products
Startup or high-growth SaaS experience
Experience leveraging AI capabilities within enterprise software products

Compensation Transparency
Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.
In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.

Zone 2: Washington, California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area) $287,000 — $532,900 USD
Zone 3: Texas, Illinois, North Carolina, Colorado, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Oregon, Nevada, Hawaii, New York (excluding NYC boroughs); Sales roles located in Georgia, Ohio, and Arizona $260,900 — $484,400 USD
Zone 4: All other US locations $227,000 — $421,500 USD
