Role purpose: Manage and grow relationships with affluent clients in Wassenaar and the Duin- en Bollenstreek by delivering holistic wealth management advice, coordinating specialists, and ensuring an excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and expand a portfolio of high-net-worth clients through proactive relationship management.
• Provide integrated advice across investments, lending, pensions, insurance, and estate/succession planning.
• Develop tailored financial plans aligned to client goals, risk profile, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for new business and referrals; contribute to local market growth.
• Coordinate internal experts (e.g., investment, credit, legal/fiscal) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and client satisfaction; act on changes in client circumstances or markets.
• Ensure compliance with KYC , AML , suitability, and documentation standards.

Required skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in private banking, wealth management, or advisory roles with affluent clients.
• Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of investment products, credit solutions, and financial planning concepts.
• Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into clear, actionable advice.
