- Preparation of bar to prepare for operation
- Prepare drinks and prep stock for bar operations
- Prepare food, ingredients based on the menu
- Assist in providing high level of customer service
- Maintain the bar/kitchen clean and display good knowledge of preparing drinks & food
- To handle cashiering
- Completed food & hygiene certification
