ACCOUNTANT (GENERAL)

Experienced in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable? Confident using Business Central and reconciling accounts?

Qualifications/Requirements: Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements) Solid experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance role. Experience processing invoices, payments, reconciliations, and financial transactions. Hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP/accounting systems. Experience managing debtor and creditor accounts, including customer and vendor reconciliations. Experience performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records. Familiarity with payment processing, including electronic payment runs, BPAY, international payments, and credit card transactions. Experience preparing journals, credit notes, refunds, and general finance adjustments. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls. Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Experience with Salesforce, Continia, Stripe, or similar finance platforms is highly regarded.
