Qualifications/Requirements: Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any business related courses With at least 5 years of actual field sales & marketing experience Must have the ability to manage sales area and formulate strategic sales plan and to train subordinates effectively Must have knowledge in doing a marketing plan Must have excellent communication skills and exceptional project management skills
