AUDIT MANAGER

Primary Purpose of the Job – Summary Statement The Audit Manager is responsible for providing independent and objective assurance that the dealership’s operations have adequate controls to ensure data integrity, security, availability, and functionality in support of overall goals and objectives. The role also ensures that processes and controls are effective, efficient, and compliant with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, and determines adherence to audit and best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements: Education/Qualifications/ Job Related Work Experience /Skill Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Internal Audit, or Business Administration. CPA or CIA certification preferred. MBA or equivalent advance degree is an advantage Additional certification in Auditing and Compliance is desirable. Work Experience 7-10 years of experience in audit management, with at least 2 years in a managerial position (preferably in internal audit experience, preferably in an automotive dealership or retail industry). Experience in fraud investigation is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office Knowledge of auditing and government compliance Strong verbal and written communication skills for internal coordination, and policy enforcement. Leadership and team management abilities. Advance understanding of auditing & government permits.
