- Supervise and manage civil construction project from start to completion.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and government authorities.
- Monitor site activities to ensure work is completed according to approved plans and schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and technical submissions.
- Manage project resources, materials, and workforce effectively.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, providing practical engineering solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE construction standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Dubai Municipality Certified G+4 (Mandatory)
- 5–7 years of relevant civil construction experience
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and site supervision
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
