- Quote and propose air freight solutions to customers
- Coordinate with airlines on rates and bookings
- Liaise with customers on export shipment instructions and booking updates
- Liaise with vendors eg, DG specialist, fumigation, marine insurance, etc
- Prepare job sheets for Operations to follow up
- Check shipments status / uplift
- Job costing
- Resolve problems when they crop up
Requirements: Preferably at least 1 year relevant experience in freight forwarding/logistics Fresh diploma/degree graduates are welcomed, we provide training Self-motivated and possess a positive customer-oriented mind set Strong verbal and communication skills Good team player
