Company – IT Managed Services Provider (for health and social care) Role – Internal Account Manager / Client Support Location – 1 day a week in Kings Lynn offices, home 4 days Package – £45,000 salary, private health insurance, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

The opportunity is to join a leading IT Managed Services Provider in the mid-market and enterprise health and social care space.

The business supports these organisations across the UK with their largest client being 4,000 users across 60 sites.

The role is Internal Account Manager, to look after and manage the client relationships within their customer base.

The role will involve responding to urgent client issues quickly, and managing vendor relationships/speaking with vendors/partners to support client needs/requests.

You will also need to be able to pull together quotes (although someone else will do the actual quoting) and offer advice to clients re IT products and services where required.

The basic salary is up to £45,000. The role is largely home based (going into the Kings Lynn offices once a week), with some occasional travel to client sites to meet customers.

This is a non-commissioned, non-sales role. It is relationship management rather than sales.
