This is an opportunity for a hungry, ambitious graduate or early-career professional who wants more than a standard entry-level role and is interested in building a genuine international recruitment career.

You will initially focus on the candidate side of a recruitment desk covering a specific region , sourcing and building relationships with education professionals, developing a strong candidate pipeline and contributing directly to successful placements.

Previous recruitment experience is not required . We are much more interested in your intelligence, communication, ambition, resilience, coachability and evidence of achievement and ownership.

For someone with the right potential, this offers a clear route to greater responsibility, uncapped commission, increased earning potential and genuine ownership of a recruitment desk.
