We are looking for minimum 3-5 years for L1–L2 end-user support on site.
- Support for use of the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
- Troubleshooting for PCs, mobile devices, meeting room equipment, networks, etc.
- Onboarding/offboarding support
- IT asset and inventory management
- Issue management and coordination among JGES, ICT, GM IT, ITSS, and external vendors
- IT operations improvement and support for various IT projects
