Terminal Operations Specialist（port & Terminal）

Job Responsibilities

Track the full arrival progress of shipping containers upon vessel arrival at port. Operate the ICUMS customs system, coordinate shipping line cargo release, maintain regular communication with carriers, and monitor real-time system declaration & container status. Follow up all procedures until containers depart from the port completely. Maintain daily communication and coordination with customs clearing agents and transport haulage vendors. Complete other terminal operation-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 1 year of relevant working experience; strong computer literacy, hands-on ICUMS system operating experience is a major advantage. Clear logical thinking with excellent external communication & liaison skills. Prior work experience liaising with customs authorities or shipping companies; candidates with terminal operation background will be prioritized. Able to work overtime as business demands.
