Job Responsibilities

  1. Government & Public Stakeholder Relations

Liaise with government bodies and public agencies for factory operations; arrange visits, prepare documents and follow up communications.

  1. Licenses & Administrative Compliance

Coordinate permits, licenses and annual renewals. Maintain progress tracking and expiry reminder logs.

  1. Land, Raw Material & Community Affairs

Engage land owners, chiefs, community representatives and raw material suppliers. Follow up land usage, raw material and mineral rights matters; escalate issues promptly.

  1. Local Partner Development & Management

Source and manage local vendors for transport, warehousing and engineering. Conduct quotations, commercial negotiations and contract follow-up.

  1. Utilities & Operational Issue Coordination

Liaise with power, water and other utility providers. Resolve service applications, billing disputes and factory operation risks.

  1. Commercial Negotiation & Documentation

Join authorized commercial negotiations. Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes and contract documents; track contract approval and execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience in government relations, commercial coordination or related roles.
  • Good English communication and familiarity with Ghana’s local business environment.
  • Honest, reliable and responsible.
  • Proactive, organized, good at problem solving and task delivery.
  • Team player, proficient in basic office software.
