Cold Room Operations Supervisor

- Hands - on to oversee and account for all stock draw out, return stocks and balance stocks tally with warehouse system.
- Need to approve stock draw out, return stock , stock incoming and return stocks tally with system.
- Roster and supervise on site warehouse specialists.
- Hands on working knowledge of perishables, MS xcel, Google drive and IT literate.
- Similar past working experience in the perishables , FMCG trade is an added advantage.
- Need to ensure van sales drivers follow and comply with allocated stocks to ensure revenue targets are met.
- A fast and efficient supervisor with high EQ skills to communicate effectively to various on ground stakeholders.
- Need to have a valid manual class 3 driving license to drive a 10footer chiller truck for delivery as and when needed.
- Ability to communicate both in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to ensure warehouse specialists complete the daily tasks with no loose ends.
- Ensure daily update of stock inventory in warehouse system / google drives.
