SMT Technician

1.Supervise setting up SMT line daily for production.

1. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for SMT equipment, including Printer, JUKI Mounting Machine (Pick & Place), Reflow Oven, SPI, and AOI, to ensure efficient machine performance and production continuity.
2. Prepare documents for maintenance work on SMT machine and work instructions.
3. Provide stencil and jig fixture to support SMT production line.
4. Daily check all production equipment machine and record data.
5. Evaluate, implement and provide technical support for yield improvement.
6. Participate in company activities.
7. Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues.
8. Perform related work as assigned.

Qualifications: Diploma / Bachelor Degree or Above in Electrical and Electronics or Mechanical or related field Gender-inclusive / 25 years old and above Good command of english 2+years of working experience in SMT process Have experience in SMT machine management Have knowledge of Electronices process
