registered early childhood educator (RECE)

We are a not-for-profit child care centre seeking a Registered Early Childhood Educator to join our program. Pay starts at $25.86 (RECE) though, will take experience into consideration.

This is a full-time position working with toddlers (though must be flexible to work with all age groups).

Job Requirements:

• Registered Early Childhood Educator (preferred) who is registered with the college of ECE and is in good standing required.
• Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification required.
• Criminal Reference Check with vulnerable sector screening required.
• Knowledge of Emergent Curriculum, How Does Learning Happen, and CCEYA Regulations are all an asset.
• Experience working with toddlers is preferred.

As per Ministry of Education, candidates must have a valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C plus AED certificate before starting.
