Daily tasks

• Providing technical information and support to equipment users in accordance with project guidelines.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
• Providing information on products and their functionality.
• Entering requests into the system.

Requirements

Fluency in Finnish C1. Excellent command of English B2 . Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV). Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard. Preferred availability of approximately 120 hours per month . Services are provided during project operating hours (Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00). Collaborators declare their availability and select cooperation hours from available time slots.
