Senior Estate Surveyor

Responsibilities: 

Property valuation Lease and Sales transactions Property management oversight Feasibility and investment appraisal Preparation of professional reports in line with industry standards. Handling clients relationships Supervise junior surveyors  Ensure regulatory compliance Contribute to business development Provide strategic advisory services to support the firm's growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in estate management or related discipline Professional certification and membership with NIESV and registration with ESVARBON Minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in estate surveying and valuation. Strong leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills Proven experience in property valuation, agency, and property management. Sound knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and professional practice standards. Ability to prepare detailed valuation and advisory reports Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
