Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Styling:

Greet everyone warmly as they walk in. Listen to client needs and suggest matching outfits. Style items together to cross-sell accessories or shoes. Share details on fabric, care, and sizing.

Sales and Daily Operations:

Meet or beat daily and weekly sales goals. Process cash and card payments accurately. Handle exchanges or returns smoothly. Inform shoppers about ongoing sales or special promos.

Store Maintenance:

Restock empty racks and fold clothes neatly. Keep the fitting rooms clean and clear of clutter. Tag new inventory and check for damage. Report low stock or popular items back to you.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of SSCE 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
