People and Culture Officer

We're looking for a People and Culture strategic partner who can transform our HR function from basic recruitment into a business-driving force. You'll work across our media, finance, and tech businesses to align people strategy with business goals.This isn't about paperwork and compliance—it's about understanding the business, using data to make decisions, and building systems that help people and the company grow togetherHR Strategy

• Workforce planning and analytics across business units
• Design role-specific KPIs and performance metrics
• Partner with leadership on people decisions

Recruitment & Onboarding

• End-to-end hiring across media, finance, and tech roles
• Build employer brand and talent pipelines
• Create excellent onboarding experiences

Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps and design learning programs
• Build career development paths
• Drive upskilling initiatives

Performance Management

• Design meaningful, role-specific performance systems
• Implement feedback and recognition programs
• Support managers in developing teams

Culture & Engagement

• Define and embed company values
• Drive employee engagement and retention
• Manage change and conflict resolution

Compensation & Compliance

• Coordinate with outsourced payroll provider
• Ensure Thai labor law compliance
• Manage benefits and HR policies

HR Technology & Automation

• Use technology to make HR work more efficient
• Turn HR data into useful insights for decision-making
• Reduce manual, repetitive tasks through smart systems

Qualifications: 3-5+ years HR experience across multiple areas (recruitment, employee relations, L&D, etc.) Business thinker: Understand how companies work and how people impact results Data-minded: Use numbers to make decisions, not just gut feelings Problem solver: See issues and design solutions, not just follow procedures Self-starter: Build things from scratch without waiting for instructions Fluent Thai and English
