We are currently looking for an intern in customer relations for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of a permanent position after the internship.

Your tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

Provide information about products and services.

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.

Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.

Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.

Provide excellent customer service to Tianshi's networks across Europe via online and offline channels

Organize, prepare and actively participate in events, meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of German (C2) and English in both written and spoken

strong communication and Excel skills

excellent online/offline marketing skills

Active, motivated team player; able to work independently

PC skills with the MS Office package
