Operations Assistant

Job Descriptions: Ensure all outlets comply with Singapore Food Agency(SFA) food safety guidelines, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards. Assist outlet managers with manpower scheduling and enforcing service standards and SOPs. Address customer feedback and handle escalation issues promptly to maintain brand reputation. Work closely with upper management to review sales performance. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase dine-in traffic. Manage Digital Marketing aspect of the company. Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of operational experience in F&B industry. Proficient in digital marketing and data analysis. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented mindset.
