Car Rental Operator

The ideal candidate will oversee daily rental operations, ensure outstanding customer service, and maintain the highest standards of vehicle management. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily car rental operations ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Process vehicle rentals and returns accurately and promptly.
• Ensure all vehicles are inspected, cleaned, and maintained to company standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate records of rentals, payments, and vehicle status.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely servicing of vehicles.
• Comply with all local laws and company policies related to vehicle rentals and operations.
• Previous experience in car rental operations or related customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with vehicle inspection and maintenance standards.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
