Marketing Manager Location : Marine Parade Working days : Monday to Friday Working hours : 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM (44 hours/week) Salary : $5800 - $6200 Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, and offline channels Drive digital marketing efforts including paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website content management Own social media strategy and content planning across multiple brand platforms Collaborate with internal stakeholders, school centres, and external agency partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand campaigns Monitor and report on campaign performance with actionable insights and recommendations Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints Support the CMO in brand-building, parent engagement, and marketing innovation projects Requirements: 5–8 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a brand-side, or agency environment Prior exposure to multi-brand marketing or the education sector is advantageous but not essential Knowledge of digital and social media platforms, analytics, and content strategy
