The Sheikh Zayed Private Academy for Boys is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to support student wellbeing, safeguarding, and parent communication. Working closely with students, families, and staff, the successful candidate will build positive relationships, provide guidance and support, and strengthen collaboration between home and school.
Position summary:
The Social Worker will provide personal, social, and emotional support to students from Pre-K to Grade 12, promoting their wellbeing and helping them achieve success both academically and personally. The role is responsible for designing and delivering a comprehensive student support program, working closely with students, parents, and staff to address individual needs, strengthen family-school partnerships, and foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
Position requirements:
UAE national (male)
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
Proven relevant experience within a school environment
Experience supporting children, young people, or families
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for student wellbeing and family engagement
