Junior Account Executive

Who we are Oneshot.sg is a Singapore video production and branding agency. We help B2B companies look as good as they actually are, through video, brand and content that doesn't put people to sleep. We're small, we move fast, and we care a lot about the work (and slightly less about formal meetings that could have been a WhatsApp). The role You'll be the person who keeps our clients happy and our projects on track. You'll be the bridge between what the client wants and what our designers, editors and creatives build. You'll look after our client accounts day to day and work closely with our founder on new business, from preparing pitch decks to joining meetings and helping onboard new clients. It's a great role for someone early in their career who wants real client exposure fast. What you'll do Manage day-to-day communication and delivery across our client accounts

Coordinate projects end to end: timelines, briefs, feedback rounds and delivery

Work closely with our designers, editors and production crew to turn client briefs into great work

Build decks and proposals that look sharp and make a strong case

Present ideas, concepts and updates to clients, clearly and confidently

Attend client meetings, shoots and pitches when needed

Support new business by preparing pitch decks, joining meetings and helping onboard new clients

Keep things organised so nothing slips through the cracks (we're counting on you here)

What we're looking for At least 1 year of experience in client servicing, account coordination, project coordination or a similar role, ideally at an agency, production house or creative studio. Fresh grads with relevant internships are very welcome to apply.

A good eye for design. You don't need to be a designer, but you know what good looks like and can give useful creative feedback.

Solid deck-building skills in PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, Canva or similar

Comfortable presenting to clients and joining meetings

Clear, friendly communicator in writing and in person

Organised and proactive, able to juggle a few projects at once without breaking a sweat (or at least without showing it)

Self-driven and reliable working remotely

Bonus points for any exposure to video production, branding or B2B clients

Salary Full-time: $3,000K to $3,500 per month, plus commission on new business
