About the Role Life Chiropractic Centre is looking for an energetic, service-driven and responsible Senior Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting the daily operations of the clinic, our chiropractors, Practice Members and Clinic Manager. As a Senior Chiropractic Assistant, you will play an important role in ensuring that every Practice Member receives a warm, professional and consistent experience from the moment they enter the clinic. You will also take on additional responsibilities beyond a standard Chiropractic Assistant role, including supporting junior team members, maintaining clinic standards, assisting with content creation and contributing to outreach and clinic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Clinic Operations & Practice Member Experience Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic

Manage front desk responsibilities, including Practice Member check-in and check-out

Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling, payments and general enquiries

Support chiropractors during consultations and daily patient flow

Maintain accurate Practice Member records and clinic documentation

Ensure the clinic is clean, organised, welcoming and ready for operations

Deliver a warm, professional and consistent Practice Member experience

Conduct follow-ups with Practice Members where required

Assist with missed appointments, rescheduling and appointment reminders

Support the Clinic Manager in maintaining clinic workflows, procedures and service standards

Assist with stock, supplies and general clinic administrative duties

Senior CA Responsibilities Support the Clinic Manager in ensuring daily clinic standards are maintained

Act as a positive example to junior Chiropractic Assistants

Assist with the onboarding and training of new Chiropractic Assistants

Help ensure clinic procedures, workflows and service standards are followed consistently

Provide guidance and support to junior team members when required

Assist the Clinic Manager in identifying operational issues and areas for improvement

Take greater ownership of clinic responsibilities during busy periods or when delegated by the Clinic Manager

Escalate Practice Member, operational or team-related matters appropriately

Practice Member Communication & Engagement Build professional and positive relationships with Practice Members

Support Practice Members in understanding clinic processes, appointment schedules and administrative matters

Encourage Practice Members to remain consistent with their recommended appointment schedule without providing clinical advice

Follow up on missed or cancelled appointments where required

Handle general Practice Member concerns professionally and escalate clinical matters to the chiropractor

Assist with Practice Member education activities, workshops and clinic engagement initiatives

Technology & Digital Operations Use clinic management systems, WhatsApp, Google Workspace and other digital platforms confidently

Learn and adopt new software, systems and technology used by the clinic

Maintain organised digital files, templates and internal resources

Assist with basic troubleshooting of clinic phones, tablets and other devices

Support improvements to digital workflows and administrative processes

Content Creation & Social Media Assist with filming short-form videos and other clinic content

Support chiropractors and team members during content filming

Perform basic video editing for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts

Assist with captions, content ideas and social media planning

Upload, schedule and post approved social media content

Keep up with relevant social media formats and trends

Assist with creating simple graphics and educational materials using tools such as Canva

Help organise photos, videos and other digital content

Support Life Chiropractic Centre's marketing and educational initiatives through engaging content

Participate in content featuring the clinic team where appropriate

Outreach & Business Development Participate in corporate events, roadshows, spinal screenings, workshops and community outreach

Assist with event preparation, setup and execution

Engage members of the public professionally and confidently

Assist with lead collection and appointment coordination during outreach activities

Support follow-up activities arising from events and corporate programmes

Represent Life Chiropractic Centre professionally during external activities

Support initiatives that increase awareness of the clinic and chiropractic care

Experience in healthcare, chiropractic, clinic operations, customer service, hospitality, retail or administration would be advantageous. Experience with CapCut, Canva, Instagram, TikTok or other content creation tools would also be an advantage. Prior experience as a Chiropractic Assistant or in a similar clinic environment would be preferred for this senior position. Why Join Life Chiropractic Centre?
