Position: Logistics Manager (Coffee & Beverage)

Experience: 3 to 8+ years

Location: Heliopolis, Cairo

Job type: Full-time

What you will do

Manage supply chain operations from bean sourcing to delivery.

Oversee dry storage facilities to maintain coffee bean quality.

Ensure compliance with beverage safety and handling laws.

Negotiate contracts with shipping lines and local carriers.

Track inventory levels of green beans and packaged goods.

Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators.

Optimize delivery routes to cafes and retail partners.

Requirements

Proven logistics experience in coffee or beverages is required.

Strong knowledge of dry cargo and shelf-stable goods.

Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or relevant field.

Excellent negotiation and team leadership skills.

Fluent in Arabic and strong command of English.

Living in or near Heliopolis is preferred.
