Operations Manager - Casual Dining

We’re not just flipping burgers—we’re redefining fast casual dining in Amsterdam. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate Operations Manager to lead our daily operations, ensuring every guest leaves happy and every location runs smoothly.

What you’ll do Oversee daily operations across multiple locations in The Netherlands

Hire, train, and develop supervisors and staff

Monitor and improve food quality, speed of service, and customer experience

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Drive operational efficiencies, cost control, and waste reduction

Manage inventory and vendor relationships

Analyze KPIs (e.g., revenue, labor cost, customer feedback)

Lead expansion initiatives and support the opening of new locations

Report directly to company leadership and contribute to strategic planning

What you’ll bring Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in fast casual / quick-service restaurants

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent knowledge of food safety and service standards

Hands-on problem-solving abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Strong organizational and communication skills

Fluent in English

Based in or around Amsterdam
