Requirements Proven experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role.

Delivered exceptional customer service in a professional environment.

Oversee the reservation system and ensure optimal table management.

Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with professionalism.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment.

Must be able to fully communicate in English

Ability to work with Office 365

Living in London (flexible with commuting)

You have your UK Visa / Work Permit to work in London
