หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Responsibilities)

1. Greet and welcome customers in a positive and professional manner.

รับรองและต้อนรับลูกค้าของคลับด้วยทัศนคติที่ดีและเป็นมืออาชีพ

1. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.

รับออเดอร์จากลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้องและให้บริการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

1. Provide prompt and attentive table service, anticipating customers' needs.

ให้บริการลูกค้าด้วยความใส่ใจ ถูกต้อง ถูกวิธี และพิถีพิถันพิจารณาและให้คำปรึกษาในสิ่งที่ลูกค้าต้องการ

1. Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.

นำส่งอาหารและเครื่องดื่มให้ลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้องและภายในเวลาที่เหมาะสม

1. Ensure tables are set and maintained to a high standard.

ดูแลใส่ใจและจัดการเรื่องการจัดโต๊ะและความสะอาดให้ได้มาตราฐานการบริการ

1. Clearing and resetting tables as needed.

ทำความสะอาดพื้นที่ร้านอาหารและการจัดโต๊ะให้เรียบร้อย เพื่อความพร้อมในการรองรับลูกค้าเสมอ

1. Handle cash, online, scan, and card payments accurately.

จัดการเรื่องการเรียกเก็บเงินจากลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้อง

1. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members

ประสานงานกับฝ่ายห้องครัวและแผนกอื่นๆ อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

1. Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work environment

ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบด้านสุขอนามัยและความปลอดภัย พร้อมทั้งรักษาสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานให้สะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย

1. Other assignment within the work context as per manager's assigns.

หน้าที่อื่นที่อยู่ภายในขอบเขตของการทำงานตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย

Qualifications: รับวุฒิ ม.6 ขึ้นไป เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 20-40 ปี aged 20–40, with a high school diploma or higher. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้บ้าง กล้าพูดคุยกับลูกค้าต่างชาติ Possess basic conversational English skills with the confidence to communicate effectively with international clients. วันหยุด 8 วันต่อเดือน Day off 8 days per month มีประสบการณ์งานด้านบริการร้านอาหารขั้นต่ำ 6 เดือนขึ้นไป Minimum of 6 months of experience in the restaurant or hospitality service industry. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริการ พนักงานเสิร์ฟ และมีใจรักในการบริการ Prior experience as a server or in a hospitality service role, with a strong passion for service excellence. มีความยืดหยุ่นสามารถทำงานเป็นกะและทำงานวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ได้ Highly flexible and capable of working shift schedules, including public holidays. มีความเป็นมืออาชีพและเข้าใจงานด้านบริการ Demonstrate a high level of professionalism with a comprehensive understanding of hospitality and service standards. หากผ่านการสัมภาษณ์ มีทดลองงาน 2 วัน (ได้ค่าตอบแทน) Selected candidates will undergo a paid 2-day trial. Foreign employees should have a Tax ID. (or Pink Card)
