Aesthetic Therapist

Job Summary

We are looking for an Aesthetic Therapist to provide non-invasive aesthetic treatments and personalised skin care recommendations. The role includes patient consultations, treatment preparation and aftercare, as well as front counter and administrative support when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments and procedures independently in accordance with the Company's protocols, including but not limited to facials, hydrofacial, treatments and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatment plans and packages tailored to patients' needs and concerns.
• Provide professional consultations to patients and actively promote the Company's products, services and treatment packages.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships through effective follow-up, patient education and aftercare support.
• Prepare consultation and treatment rooms, equipment and materials required for patient consultations and treatments.
• Ensure that all patient care records, treatment notes and related documentation are accurately maintained and updated.
• Perform front counter duties when required, including answering phone calls, patient registration, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders and maintaining patient relations.
• Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to filing, updating patient databases, mailing, arranging courier services and other administrative support functions.
• Ensure the proper upkeep, maintenance and cleanliness of treatment rooms, consultation rooms, equipment and aesthetic machines.
• Report any equipment faults, maintenance requirements or operational issues to Director / Clinic Supervisor promptly.
• Comply with all Company policies, procedures, safety requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Undertake any other related ad hoc duties

Job Requirements

• Relevant certification or training in beauty therapy, aesthetics or a related field.
• Experience performing facials and other non-invasive aesthetic treatments. Experience with HydraFacial treatments is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of skin care products, skin concerns and treatment aftercare.
• Confident in conducting consultations and recommending suitable treatments and packages.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a patient-focused approach.
• Able to maintain accurate records and follow treatment, hygiene and safety protocols.
• Comfortable assisting with front counter and administrative duties when required.
