Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling, calendar appointments, and meeting coordination. Assist with daily restaurant administrative tasks, including inventory tracking, order follow-ups, and staff coordination. Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Act as a liaison between management, staff, and external contacts. Monitor and respond to emails, phone calls, and messages promptly. Assist in organizing events, promotions, and business meetings. Support with errands, supply procurement, and occasional personal tasks. Help maintain accurate records, files, and documentation as directed. Provide hands-on support for marketing and social media coordination when needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or business-related education is an advantage. Previous experience as a personal assistant, office administrator, or executive support staff. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of social media platforms is an asset. Friendly, respectful, and customer-service oriented. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A genuine interest in the food and hospitality industry is a plus.
