MEP BIM Coordinator

• Combine individual MEP, structural, and architectural models into a single federated project model.
• Run spatial conflict analyses using software like Autodesk Navisworks to find and resolve overlapping systems before construction.
• Lead review sessions with engineers, contractors, and trade specialists to fix design conflicts and agree on routing.
• Make sure all team members follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP), naming rules, and LOD (Level of Development)

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related construction field. 3–5 years of engineering or architectural design experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in BIM coordination. High proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Strong understanding of construction logic, sequencing, spatial coordination, and international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650). Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse project teams Be able to works upcountry. Thai national only
