System Analyst (SA)

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs and objectives.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, architectural diagrams, user guides and training materials.
• Develop and maintain system design documents, including process flows and use cases
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are designed and implemented according to specifications
• Provide support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in system analysis and design

•สื่อสารเก็บความต้องการของลูกค้า พร้อมเสนอเสนอผลงาน •ทาเอกสาร Feasibility study และ เอกสาร SRS (Software Requirements Specification) •เขียนเอกสาร Proposal •ออกแบบ Work flow และ System flow และ Diagram ต่างๆสาหรับการพัฒนาระบบ •ร่วมกับทีมในการออกแบบ ฐานข้อมูล จัดทา ER-Diagram •วิเคราะห์ ความต้องการทางธุรกิจของลูกค้า •จัดทา Business Workflow •จัดทาเอกสาร UAT และ เอกสารการส่งมอบระบบ •ควบคุมกระบวนการพัฒนาซอฟท์แวร์ กับทีมพัฒนา

Qualifications: Experience with databases (e.g. MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres). มีประสบการณ์การทางานด้านTechอย่างน้อย 10 ปี ทักษะในการเขียนเอกสารที่ดี สามารถเขียนเอกสารสรุปความต้องการ และวาด Flow ได้
