Your responsibilities

As a Working Student in Technical Support, you will provide technical support via email, chat, and phone; reproduce issues; and collaborate with development teams.

Provide technical support for our products via email, live chat and in phone calls.

Reproduce issues and discuss them with development teams.

Contribute to the product development based on issues and requests.

Your profile

This position is perfect for students in computer science or similar fields. Programming skills are helpful, but beginners are welcome!

Are you an enrolled student and would like to gain practical experience alongside your studies? Or are you already looking for a position for after your studies?

Enrolled student in computer science, physics, mathematics or a similar field.

Good English oral/written communication skills.

Programming skills in C#, JavaScript, Angular or any other framework and language (beginners are welcome!).

Self-motivated, inquisitive and persistent.

You enjoy working in small, dedicated teams.
