Responsibilities: Spearhead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide array of contracts and legal documents, ensuring robust protection for the company. Ensure stringent regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical sector, staying abreast of evolving laws and industry best practices. Conduct thorough legal research and provide expert opinions on diverse legal matters, supporting strategic decision-making. Manage intellectual property portfolios and advise on related legal aspects, safeguarding our innovations. Assist in developing and implementing corporate governance policies and procedures. Identify and mitigate legal risks across all business functions, proactively addressing potential challenges. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across various departments, offering clear and actionable legal guidance. Facilitate effective communication and documentation in ENGLISH LANGUAGE for international and local legal matters.

Skills & Technologies: Proficiency in Legal Affairs principles and practices. Exceptional command of ENGLISH LANGUAGE , both written and verbal. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite for document management and presentations. Demonstrated expertise in Contract Management and negotiation. Strong background in Regulatory Compliance , particularly within the pharmaceutical industry. Adept at Legal Research and analytical problem-solving. Understanding of Intellectual Property law. Knowledge of Corporate Governance frameworks. Excellent Negotiation and persuasive communication abilities. Proactive approach to Risk Management . Experience & Expertise: A minimum of 2-5 years of progressive professional experience in Legal Affairs , with a strong preference for background within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or a similarly regulated industry. Proven track record as an Experienced legal professional, capable of independent decision-making and strategic input.

Essential Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Legal Affairs and legal principles. Superior command of the ENGLISH LANGUAGE (both written and spoken) for intricate legal documentation and international communication. Advanced competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Demonstrable experience in Contract Management , including drafting, reviewing, and negotiation. Solid understanding and practical application of Regulatory Compliance frameworks, especially relevant to the pharmaceutical sector. Strong capabilities in Legal Research and analysis. Familiarity with Intellectual Property concepts and practices. Knowledge of Corporate Governance principles. Excellent Negotiation and communication skills. A strategic mindset for Risk Management .
