Collection Officer

Responsibilities:

Conduct collection activities and follow up with customers via phone calls.

Manage and follow up on accounts within assigned collection buckets.

Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.

Monitor, record, and report collection activities and results regularly.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

0–2 years of relevant experience.

Minimum of an OND in a related field.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to meet assigned targets.

Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.

Location: Surulere, Lagos Mainland

Remuneration: NGN 100,000.00 Monthly

Performance Pay: NGN 120,000.00
