Quantity Surveyor (6-month Contract) | Kallang Way

Location: Kallang Way Working hours: 5-day workweek; 9am– 6pm Salary: SGD $5,000 – $6,000 We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in architecture, building materials and construction . Key Responsibilities Manage project cost control, budgeting and cost monitoring . Assess variations, claims and payment applications . Handle contract administration , tendering and procurement. Review BOQs, quotations and project costs. Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants and suppliers on commercial matters. Monitor project expenditure and identify potential cost risks. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, Architecture or related field. 3–5 years of relevant QS experience . Strong knowledge of building materials and construction processes . Experienced in cost control, variation assessment and contract administration .
