We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead and manage AI-based projects at our client location. This role involves coordinating with onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery aligned with client objectives.

• Lead and manage AI-based projects to meet client objectives and timelines
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges clearly to stakeholders
• Ensure projects comply with industry standards and best practices
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to drive project success

Requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience managing onsite and offshore teams
• Strong background in investment banking with understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
