Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
- At least three (3) years of related work experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering procedures.
- Knowledge of production control techniques.
- Ability to assess and evaluate effective and efficient methods of people supervision.
- Ability to review task structures and communication patterns and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Ability to integrate effective and efficient methods in manpower and technical program management.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
