BIM Modeler (Utilities)

Role Purpose

Support the development, coordination, and management of 3D BIM models for utility infrastructure projects, ensuring accurate and coordinated project deliverables across multidisciplinary environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models for wet and dry utilities infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate utility models with roads, landscape, structures, and other disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and support model coordination reviews.
• Produce BIM documentation and project deliverables.
• Develop utility corridor models and utility network layouts.
• Support utility coordination workshops and interface management activities.
• Participate in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and design review meetings.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of BIM experience in Utilities projects.
• Experience with Wet Utilities, Dry Utilities, utility corridors, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
• Strong experience in 3D utility modeling and BIM coordination workflows.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and BIM execution practices is preferred.
• UAE/GCC project experience is highly preferred.
