MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

• He/she oversees the operations and performance of the branch.
• He/she is in charge of the portfolio growth, audit compliance of the branch and decrease in special accounts.
• He/she manages the personnel under him/her – Sales and Marketing Assistants (SMA), Sales and Marketing Office Assistant (SMOA) and an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) when applicable.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• MALE OR FEMALE
• GRADUATE OF 4-YEAR BUSINESS RELATED COURSE
