Engineer

Job Description Coordinate and facilitate the exchange of technical and design information between the Japanese headquarters and overseas OEM suppliers regarding OEM products. Handle the procurement, evaluation, and qualification of parts and materials used in equipment, in coordination with teams in Japan and China. Investigate the root causes of quality issues, develop corrective actions, and promote recurrence prevention activities. Work closely with relevant departments, including design, procurement, production, and quality assurance, to improve product quality and supply capabilities. Skills and Experience Required Basic knowledge of mechanical design. Proficiency in operating 3D CAD software. At least 3 years of experience in production equipment design. Ability to prepare documents and understand technical materials in Japanese. Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese. Strong coordination and communication skills when working with relevant departments and overseas offices. Other Requirements Willingness and ability to travel overseas for business. Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1.
