Finance Officer (Accounts Receivable)

Location: Paya Lebar Salary: $2,500 – $2,800 Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm Job Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Receivable and daily finance operations Handle invoicing for local projects, export sales, service and maintenance Update and reconcile payments and outstanding receivables Prepare monthly reconciliations and financial reports Support regulatory reporting and other finance schedules Assist the finance team during periods of absence Handle other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum ITE/Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Business or related field Training provided Relevant Accounts Receivable experience Construction industry experience is advantageous Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems Experience with Sage 300 is preferred Detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Talents@Work Pte Ltd (21C0501) Tan Jin Kai (R23115830)
