Costing / Quotation Executive – EMS/ RFQs, BOM costing

Source and evaluate suppliers for electronic components, PCB/PCBA, mechanical parts, and related manufacturing materials.

Manage RFQs, obtain supplier quotations, and conduct price comparisons to ensure competitive costing.

Prepare detailed BOM costing, product cost breakdowns, and cost analyses to support customer quotations.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

Monitor material costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost reduction initiatives.

Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring supplier performance.

Support procurement, inventory planning, and supply chain activities.

Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.

Requirements Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in an EMS / electronics manufacturing environment.

Must have experience in electronic components sourcing and EMS operations.

Knowledge of BOM costing, product cost analysis, RFQ processes, and supplier quotation evaluation.

Familiarity with electronic components, PCB/PCBA, and electronics manufacturing processes.

Strong supplier negotiation, analytical, and cost management skills.
